The ranch began as a 4-H horse club with The University of Guam Extension Service through The College of Agriculture. Later, we became affiliated with the Guam National Olympic Committee and were invited to send riders to invitational competitions in Australia and New Zealand. We received a grant through The Olympics by the Samsung Corporation, which enabled us to have both dressage and jumping clinics at the Rock and Rail Ranch that were attended by riders across the island. We have continued to attend clinics in the states and have developed and strengthened our riding program over the years. We have encouraged individuals with riding backgrounds to contribute their knowledge and expertise, and invite all interested persons to come.
